About Kutná Hora: the back story

Kutná Hora, east of Prague, grew rich on silver. UNESCO inscribed its “Historical Town Centre with the Church of St Barbara and the Cathedral of Our Lady at Sedlec” on the World Heritage List in 1995. At Sedlec, the parish runs the Cathedral of the Assumption and the ossuary of the Church of All Saints; tickets for the ossuary are sold in advance, for a set time, only on its official site.
