About Old Town Square
Old Town Square, founded in the 12th century, is surrounded by the Old Town Hall, the Church of Our Lady before Týn, the Baroque Church of St Nicholas, the Rococo Kinský Palace and the Gothic House at the Stone Bell, with the monument to Jan Hus at its centre. In the pavement are the Prague meridian and the memorial stones for 27 Czech lords executed in 1621.
